Future Development of Capital Iron Property

On September 21, there was an online presentation on the future development of the previous Capital Iron property located between Discovery Street and Chatham Street. This presentation was part of a joint Community Meeting of the Burnside Gorge Community Association and Downtown Residents Association Land Use Committees. We will be presenting more information as it becomes available.

Here is what is proposed. The project would proceed in phases over a 10-year period. The proposed new location of the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria (AGGV) would be part of the first phase.
