Notice was given to the DRA Land Use Committee (LUC) to inform the public of the proposal by Garrick’s Head Pub to apply for a structural change resulting in a capacity change to a liquor licence. See notice below.
The DRA LUC has reviewed the proposed expansion of the Garrick’s Head Pub. Feedback from the committee is as follows:
The operator apparently has a clean record with BCLCLB Compliance and Enforcement.
The expansion will apparently be contained within the existing building.
Good Neighbour Agreements are recommended with establishments of this capacity. The DRA LUC generally supports this proposal.
