Planned Development on 1002 Pandora Ave. (St. Andrews School)

vice-president0

Last month the DRA Land Use Committee was invited to a information session made by BlueSky Properties on their proposed development on 1002 Pandora Ave, the current location of St. Andrews School.  The St. Andrews School building is not listed as a heritage building, however, the initial renderings of the development plans to keep the tower intact.  Although the site is not part of the Harris Green Neighbourhood (it’s in the North Park border) the information session was beneficial in hearing the concerns from the North Park Community Association and residents of the area.  Some issues of concern were the building height, vehicle entrance/exit, and loss of green space.  Below are renderings of 1002 Pandora Ave.  More details of this project will be posted as it becomes available.
