There will be a public hearing at City Hall (Council Chamber) on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 7:00 pm concerning a rezoning application for the property known as 1075 Pandora Avenue.
CGS Property Group is planning to build, own and operate a 13 and 10-storey rental apartment building with two towers on ground-floor commercial space at the corner of Cook Street and Pandora Avenue.
