Victoria Matters: Sewage Treatment in the CRD

The Victoria Downtown Residents Association will host a public forum on the topic of sewage treatment in the CRD on Wednesday, April 2, 7:00 pm, at the Victoria Event Centre, 1415 Broad Street.

The event is the third in the Victoria Matters series, which aims to inform and engage Victorians on important issues facing our city.

The speakers are:

  1. Albert Sweetnam, Program Director, Seaterra Program

  2. Geoff Young, Victoria Councillor, Chair, Core Area Liquid Waste Management Committee, CRD Board of Directors

  3. Richard Atwell, Director, Sewage Treatment Action Group

  4. Vic Derman, Saanich Councillor, CRD Board of Directors

Speakers’ presentations will be followed by audience questions.

Submit your questions for speakers in advance to infoATvictoriadra.ca with the subject line “Sewage Treatment Questions”.

The event is the third in the Victoria Matters series, which aims to inform and engage Victorians on important issues facing our city.

The event is free and open to the public.
