Come Celebrate Halloween at the 7th Annual Wicked Victoria! This is a Fun, Festive, and Free pedestrian-only event. There will be live entertainment, Games, Beer Garden, Wicked Kids Zone and costume contests for Kids and Animals! Costumes are encouraged! This is a great way to bring some joy and fun to our community and support Downtown Government Street.

Nelly is getting ready and all dressed for Wicked Victoria! The Downtown Victoria Residents Association is hosting an Howloween Animal Costume Contest! Nelly plans to visit the booth dressed in her favourite costume and take a fall picture with her roommates for the chance to win a howloween prize.
Be like Nelly and attend Wicked Victoria this weekend! Visit The Downtown Victoria Residents Association booth to get a picture of you and your animal, a chance to enter the Howloween Animal Costume Contest, and a kids game for the smaller humans in your family!
